WAKFU

My wakfu client lags a lot.
Hello to everyone in this forum, I'm wondering if anyone knows how to fix the lag on zones where there's too many people and you can barely move. I find this weird because I can run Tera pretty well even on zones with a lot of people and it doesn't affect my performance at all.
My specs are not that good but I'm pretty sure I should be able to play wakfu almost flawlessly and this bothers me,

specs: GPU: Nvidia Geforce 710m
Ram 6gb of ram
CPU: Intel celeron 847 with a speed of 1.10ghz
A pretty decent internet connection.
and my screen resolution is 1366 x 768.

sooo considering my specs would you guys be able to help me out with this?

Are you using the optimus technology? I got a solution for this problem if you still need it.
It will help with minecraft aswell.

Sure, I still need it since I stopped playing just because of this Issue.

You are probably having the optimus technology for your notebook, you can check that by looking at how many graphic drivers you have. If you have optimus, then optimus is probably not switching to your GPU while running java, and is still using your CPU for that program, which is pretty slow (battery saving). I have manually set wakfus java to use the GPU in the Nvidia control panal.

In the control panel, at the top, there is an option for the desktop where you can activate a little GPU control icon, it is showing you if a program is using the GPU.

I am using the Java provided by wakfu. You can chose that in the launcher options, you will probably need that aswell.

I have set the java inside this wakfu folder:
\Steam\SteamApps\common\Wakfu\game\jre\win32\x86\bin\java.exe

For Wakfu its "java.exe", for minecraft its "javaw.exe" don't get confused.

"Step-by-step.
1. Right-click on desktop and click NVIDIA Control Panel
2. Select 'Manage 3D Settings' in the left pane
3. Select the "Program Settings" tab in the main window
4. Click 'Add'
5. Navigate to your java folder (\Steam\SteamApps\common\Wakfu\game\jre\win32\x86\bin\) and select java.exe and press 'open'(this step will probably depend on your operating system but should be pretty easy to find)
6. Where it says 'Select the preferred graphics processor for this program' click the drop-down and choose 'High Performance NVIDIA processor'
7. Click 'Apply' in the bottom right and you're good to go."

Read this for Minecraft to have a better understanding, my english is not the best.

I had a problem where the control panel didn't want me to change the settings, i needed to remove the GPU driver with "Display Driver Uninstaller" and install it again. But you will probably not have this problem.

Wakfu is running on my nvidia card right thx, but wakfu its not optimized you will always have the fps drop when you open an interface like the inventory or heroes management.
