Launch from Ankama and then Wakfu Client Stuck as Black Screen

I downloaded Ankama Launcher (Steam) Version 3.0.8 and installed Wakfu (to my knowledge this is the 64 bit version compatible with Mac OS). The Wakfu Client box opens as is should but then turns black and is stuck.

I've uninstalled/reinstalled both Ankama and Wakfu... checked my Java (v "1.8.0_301"; 64 bit)... restarted my computer.

I tried XMS 1024m & XMX 2048m in the settings but no success in changing anything.

I know there is a way to fix this because I used to play Wakfu on the same computer... but I can't find a clear answer anymore. Some one please help and thank you!
