[Bug/Issue] Quest: Charles-Henri of Vileardent

So, I've been doing Nation quest recently and brought all required resourses to the NPC, but I still miss something. The quest helper says "Take the common resourses to Charles-Henri" and nothing else. "Basic String", "Crate" and other components listed in the quest already in his hands.
