To dismount the wolf hold Down and press Jump. You might try riding it somewhere and dismounting. I'm not sure if it will start to wander again or not.

you could have simply gone into options and looked at the key binding instead of putting a post here. the default for dismoun is i think "x" but im not sure just go look in the options at the key binding there is one for dismount

It's especially bad when you put it in reverse.
It does seem to have comfortable suspension at least.

It's there for you to ride it. The game is harder to beat if you don't ride the dog at all.

umm wtf? HAHAhhaha im pissing myself at this. Try charging at the enemies, the wolf will kill them automatically with one bite. Also it does block bullets so your a harder target and you can just dash to the end of the level if you want

To dismount is "E" I think. There are some areas which are unacessable unless you ride the wolf.
