Heavy Lag/Input delay

Character keeps moving in one direction while i'm not pushing any movement key, I cannot aim properly. I know there already has been a discussion about this, and even a fix ( http://intrusion2.com/files/intrusion2_z408_steam.rar ), but CloudFlare stops me from using this link to download the fix. Please, if you can, share this file using a file hosting site or Something like that.
