Such serious bug would be fixed immediately if we are able to identify it. Please note that even if there are several people (10, 20?) here reporting the problem, considering the total amount of players it is much less than 1% of the players. However, I don't want it to sound like I want to detract the problem.
It is just that with the current information we have we are unable to identify the source of problem.
However, I understand your point and I apologize for our failure so far in identifying the source of CTD issue.
Sinecnica - as far as this being an issue for less than 1% of players, that is exactly the attitude I'm referring to. I don't care what percent of people AREN'T having issues with your game. 100% percent of your paying customers in my household have a game that CTD's, with 0% support from the company that made it. I played the game for several hours, and really enjoyed it while it worked. But when the time I spent reviewing forum posts, changing configurations, uninstalling and reinstalling exceeded the time spent actually playing, this game became a waste of my money.
