Are there any console commands available in Hell & Damnation?

I've just spent some time with Painkiller Black Edition and had a pretty great time being able to unlock all the levels and weapons from the get-go, also disabling disappearing corpses and decals to really showcaase the carnage I''ve created.

I've done a little googling to see if any such options are available in H&D, and it seems like there are no cheats whatsoever, nothing for All weapons or All levels or anything.

The game was released a number of years ago, have the devs added anything post-release to enable some fun cheat? All I was able to find is that they added the console (~) to allow players to mess with FOV, even though FOV has it's own slider in the game's options.

So, are there any cheats available at this point in time?
