How do I download/run GameMaker: Studio Professional?

(Asking this question here about the non-Steam version as YoYoGames' forums currently down)

So I bought GameMaker: Studio Professional via the Humble Bundle. I downloaded the app via https://www.yoyogames.com/studio/download, where it says:

"The GameMaker: Studio™ installer can be used in a trial mode, or you can enter a valid Professional or Master Collection licence key to access the full features available."

Except when I run it, I'm not prompted for a license key, and can't see anywhere where I can enter such a key.

Make an account on the yoyo site and enter your keys into that.

The humble bundle actually told you how but hey, if you can't be bothered to read it.. :p

Er thanks, but I did and have. My account contains all my licenses. I followed their PDF to the letter to the point up to "To download GameMaker: Studio, click here"

I've downloaded Studio, but it doesn't prompt me for a license key as show. Their help says:

"When you first start GameMaker: Studio you will be presented with a screen that will give you 3 options. "

This doesn't happen.

EDIT: Ah, solved. I first need to create a new project, _then_ go into Help->Update License, then log in with my YoYoGames details. The information at http://help.yoyogames.com/entries/23470743 is incorrect.
