Error code for game

Was playing this game when my computer got unplugged. upon restarting it and trying to load this game the code error window pops up. I was searching through the internet and have tried several things to remedy this but nothing I've done so far has helped.

I've tried restarting my pc, verified that the files are stable, deleted the sessions file in the app folder, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried starting the app in offline mode. Not a lot of search results for this particular error and was wondering if someone could help me identify the cause and solution?

Edit: I reverted to GM version 1.4.1398 and my game works without issues. Seems like any version after that breaks it horribly.
