[GMS2] Very high Restrictions

Might seem like a stupid question but, will the restricted trial beta version of game maker studio 2 be less restricted later? Like, you can't make a executable? and only 20 sprites...

Will the free version of gms2 be less restricted later and if, when and what will be less restricted

just hope there will be a gms2 basic edition like gms 1 , or else cant do anything

It's kinda pointless as it is. Though if you buy GMS2 you get GMS1.4 thrown in. Which is kinda weird in that you are unrestricted in both, but at the same time, you either want to learn 2 or 1.4, not both.
I dunno, it's a very strange limit to place because it barely lets you try it out. I don't think a less restricted version is coming out anytime soon, if ever. I guess buy it if you believe you will make the money back and then some, or if you want to support your hobby. I happy with 1.4 and don't see much of a reason to switch, but that's just my personal take.

What's the point? If you can make games or apps that are good enough to sell, you can invest in the full version. But do what you like.
