Throw your white ball up at the top right cliff protected by spikes and you should get the achievement as soon as it touches the larvae.

You don't have to beat the game in one go, you can use the level select.

2020 here: No, you can't use the level select.

Sorry, my bad!
- You can use the level select.
- You don't have to finish the levels in order to get the achievement, just collect the larva.
