Shu is from agents side-quests. If you completed pirate quest line then you won't be able to get them.

What are the agent side-quests you mentioned? I've played the game a bunch but am not sure what agent side-quests you are talking about. Are you talking about some planetary/government quests or the ones you get when you agree to go undercover?

I don't think I've ever been given a quest about Mr. Shu, but I would love to tackle it!

I think the different ways to defeat the bosses are explained in the English guide or the gamefaqs one linked inside, the rest are pretty straightforward if a tad grindy. Any specific ones you would like advice on?

I would like to have an advice on how to get these achievements:

Eternal Healthcare
Recover from all the possible illnesses

Smuggler
Sell at least 200 illegal shipments (50 units or more each)
(im pretty sure i did this.. sold even 500+ units but my achievement gauge didnt increase)

Brezhnev Descendant
Get all possible decorations
(i still dont get this. i already have like 50+ badges now.. both good and bad...)

Fat Cat
Get 300 000 cr. profit from a single deposi
(i have no idea what this means...)

It's for the previous game, but many things are carried over, like the text quests and boss strategies.

Eternal healthcare - There are various illnesses that can befall you, I think at least one per race, and some generic ones. You can heal them at a med bay, I don't have a full list though.

Smuggler - Just checked the global achievements for this, I think it's broken. Noone has it.

Brezhnev descendant - Sorry no list that I can find for this either. Take a look at the other rangers and see what decorations they have that you don't. The description might help - lots are for doing special/text missions/planetary battles on behalf of this or that race.

Fat cat - It means you have to earn 300k in interest from a single deposit, ie without withdrawing then adding a larger amount. Basically, get very rich and deposit as much $ as you can spare (I would wait till you can spare 10 mil or so), then wait out the year or however long it takes for the interest to reach 300k.

last question there's a "Power overwhelming" achievement i saw just now in steam webpage, not from the steam window application itself. WHat does that mean... it doesnt show any hints

TL;DR Max out probes, send them to scan as much and often as possible, sooner or later you'll find it. Think you have to pay for it to be built to get achievement, not sure.

You can buy research probes at research stations. Land on an uninhabited planet and move a probe from cargo bay to one of the dotted lines. After that you can leave, and when the probe finishes exploring or runs out of durability, you can pick it up along with whatever items it's found. Do this with several probes on several planets to maximise efficiency.

The secret ship blueprint is a random loot possibility when scanning, so the more area the probes explore, the more likely it will show up. Take it to a research station once you find it, and you can research it there whenever at the cost of 500 nodes. To build it costs $ as mentioned in the link above.

Make sure you choose a 'safe' station to do this at, so dominators or pirates won't screw you over.

Edit: Richochet achievement is kinda random - to do it easier, probably just use several low-damage weapon with aoe and shoot at clusters of enemies.

The ship doesn't come out, it's a crystal or something that you find, and the text should tell you to take it to a research station.
