Report a translation problem
Well, the combat and movement are turn based, but most of the time you will barely notice that. It plays mostly like a top-down RPG/Space-Sim hybrid, with some other game-styles (RTS, Interactive Novel and Top-Down shooter) mixed in.
The best part about it really are the writing (at least when it's properly translated...) and the dynamics of the gameworld, I'd definitely recommend it (though you might have a rough start, it's a pretty complex game).
