How to get the achievement 2300 speed ?

Is that possible ? Anybody able to do it ? How do u get such speed.

Find smallest fastest hull you can get, next find the lightest fastest engine. Go into the voids to find the engine buff relic (dont remember name), find the main world relic that adds speed. Remove anything that isnt glued down to make ship light as possible and then use the engive boost flying at top speed. Youy should be close.

Been awhile, sorry dont remember names of the items. Look into the manual as it has the items listed.

Adding my notes for this achievement because it isn't easy even at end game. If you want to plan ahead buy the smallest Type III Fast hull when they become available and store it away, because it's hard to find anything less than 700 mass/size at the end. Just make sure it has the droid slot, 3 artifact slots, and afterburners.

This is what it took to just BARELY crack 2300 with afterburners:

- Fast Hull III (+200 speed), mine was 688 mass
- Torsion Reactor Engine 1120 Base + Drover MM (+180 speed), 1300 base speed
- Matter-Psi accelerator artifact (increases speed)
- Antigravitator artifact (-25% total mass)
- Nozzelnator artifact (+100 speed, -1 weapon slot)
- Galarian Alacrity drug, increases speed and was critical
- Max pilot mobility skill, believe this affects speed
- Hybrid Droid in mobility mode (+100 speed), this is reward for special agent mission 3
- Strip everything from ship and cargo except for engine, fuel, droid, 3 artifacts
- Afterburner after leaving dock

The mass of the equipped items was engine 20, droid 20, fuel 47, artifacts 20+20+7. I would have purchased a smaller 20 mass fuel tank if I needed it but that was my last option outside of trying to luck into lighter artifacts. The torsion engine was one of the best drops I've seen from a dominator so big element of luck there too.

The game doesn't seem to allow you to use more than one of each artifact on a ship as it would have been much easier if you could use two Psi-accelerators for example. The droid is not easy to get either but one of the best pieces of equipment you can get. Glad to have this achievement out of the way. Happy hunting!

If you get your hands on a Temporal Engine from arcade mode through black holes, the artifacts buff it more because it is more compatible.

So a "neutral" Temporal Engine, Nozzlenator, Matter Psi-Accelerator and a Fast hull II with the Gaalian Alacrity from medical station. Take off everything except the engine and the fuel tank, turn on afterburners and you're done.
