It took me about 2 hours to finish this quest.
Here is my way:

You start with 3-3-3 skills

Buy the second and third book and read the second 1 time to get 3-4-3, and now the third book 2 times to get 3-4-5. Books swap positions, remember the names of the second and third book, to read the right books.

First day you are tired and draw slowly because you read the books.
So you have no time for a scetch.

Just start drawing.

I chose realism and normal colours:
body-quick+accurate-dragon
limbs-quick+accurate-dragon
head-quick+accurate-aunts ( not dragon! massive minus points if you choose dragon head )
outer-quick+accurate-landscape.

Since you are tired ( and slow ) you will fail in ~1/5 tries because you need ~18 minutes for the last part and you need 12-16 minutes per part.

If you can finish the picture you will get :
20-22 points, the best other painter ( the drug addict ) will get 20-23.

So with luck you can be better than him.

You will begin the next day super-fit. So you have time.

Chose realism and normal colours:
main deck - accurate ( the one that takes most time ) - ancient hull
flight deck - max accurate again - museum
wings guns - max accurate again - ranger corps
background - accu and deli - outer space

you will get 22-23 points. Drug addict 20-23.

I had here 44 points and the drug addict had 40.

Never pick pocket!
Tried it 5 times, reached only 1 time the bottom, and when searching I broke my hand.
Never got his drugs! Just broke my hand every time!

you will get ~22 points.

And now it comes to luck, I had 66 points and the drug addicted 63.
So I won.

But I had a few times bad luck, worst was a 65 to 66 so the drug addicted won.

Do not get confused with thinking that a fantasy creature cannot be drawn in a realistic way.
realism is only the way you draw, not the creature.^^

So max the points with the books so that it fits to your style.

Get the “how to draw without drawing even a single picture”
Read this book 3 times.



A.
Common paint, realism, skip sketch
Body – quick + accurate = dragon
Limps – quick+ accurate = dragon
Background – quick + accurate – landscape
Head – quick+ accurate aunt

You will get between 22 and 25 points. Rare to lose. You should get a consistent 9 from the final judge following the rest of the guide.

For B I consistently get a 23 (10-4-9). Same for E, following the guide above. Last one gets a 22 consistently. Great guide!
