Is there any way to get the original (2002) Space Rangers?

I saw it was removed from western stores due to some mp3 stuff. I had the physical version like 15 years ago but lost it and I'd like to play the game once again.

Can't find any steam key or store that sells it (that is not ridiculously expensive, like 50€), so...

As devs used there illegally MP3 format and publisher had to pull it down due to avoiding copyright problems, unless you find it as part of some retail editions of Russian games, I doubt that there is any way to buy the game.

MP3 became fully patent-free more than an year ago.

There is that thing called Space Rangers 2: Reboot
It came out in 2007 and includes the second game (Dominators) with tons of additional material such as missions and equipment - some of it didn't end up in SR HD by the way.
SR2: Reboot also has the original 2002 Space Rangers in it. I don't know if there are any digital copies outthere but you can buy a physical copy on Amazon or Ebay for like $10.
