End game - Dominator weapon repairs ? I'm screwd!

I've beaten dominators and rn i'm fighting with those pecky pirates..
While dominators ruled the universe I managed to steal 3 Vertixes and 2 IMHO-9000
I had some stack of nodes in Pirate storage (~3k) and I used them to repair these bad boys.
Problem is, i'm out of nodes?

How do I repair them now? I thought I might use nanitoids but apparently they do not repair dominator weapons (which took me a while to figure)

Kill pirates before killing dominators.
Or switch weapons to standard ones.
