Bugs after update 2.1.2170
If you encnounter a crash, please report it to us with crash log.

Logs are placed near the saved games:
- \Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\SpaceRangersHD (Windows XP)
- \Users\<username>\Documents\SpaceRangersHD (Windows Vista and newer)

File with last launch log named ########.log. It should be attached to a post (as a plain text, or as a link to file hosting), BEFORE restarting the game after an error occurs. Separate error files, if they were created, are placed in Errors folder at the same dir.

If you encounter a repeating bug, please attach a save file (as a link to file hosting), and give instructions, how to reproduce it, using this save.

This update causes a crash everytime, when i die. No matter, which save and which ship i use. As soon as the day of death begins the game crashes. The day is already calculated but not shown.

I started already wondering what happened and why and tried lots of things including deleting caches and stuff and changing configurations. Why does my steam app not show this update in the news? There was nothing about any update in my steam anymore after it sayd for some seconds "updating game". I thought the short update message came just from narnia. Could have wasted my time better when i knew about this earlier. I found this now 2 hours old thread after searching for 6 hours for a solution for this issue. This was the time, when i started the game and steam downloaded the update without asking or telling me directly. And the first death + crash was shortly after.

I reinstalled the game, deleted caches, tried different configurations, tried old and new saves with different ships and lots more.

What can i do to fix this issue? Is there a way to get the old (and working) game version back?

Today i had the same bug and after a restart after such a crash the game updated again. Now i died without crash. I guess this update fixed it. If you did it, thanks for fast reaction.

Thanks again. Was really fast and it works well. No crashes anymore. Couldn't be a better timing. Had some extra free time today and thanks to this update the possibility to spend it well.

Not sure if other people have the same problem (or if this bug is related to the recent patch) but for me the dominion war strategies are not working

Game freezes completely couple seconds into the launch but music keeps playing.
