WTF are you talking about? This is a single player game.
Theoretically yes, but it's still incredibly tedious. I got all the way to Cor Hydra, obtained every other Magnus in the game, did a bunch of grinding for endgame gear, and was still 200 hours short of ageing the shampoo despite getting one at the very beginning of the game. It's also annoying because the game window has to be active for time to progress in-game, and the game speed setting that was added for the remaster has no effect on the ageing speed of Magnus, meaning that there's no real solution besides waiting the extra few hundred hours.
