Sorry I didn't make it clear enough jerfy, my bad, yes so to clarify. Start up the exe. (which will boot Steam too) and upon the game booting, I'd suggest picking Baten Kaitos (1) rather than starting with Baten Kaitos 2.

Does that explain it well enough?
