Stuck at trading tutorial with merchant

Hello, I'm stuck in the countryside when the merchant offers to teach me how to trade. He gives me a bag in which I have to put wood. No problem for that, however he asks me afterwards to take a handful of copper. This is where I'm stuck, I don't have a bag to put in it. I tried to bring the copper directly into the scale but nothing, I'm stuck. Do you have a solution?

How did you put the piece of wood in the bag? I cannot open the bag...

For both you just bring the material to the opening of the bag and it automatically goes in.

I'm stuck at the same quest but farther into it. It's stuck on 'point at the item to complete the trade'. I pointed at it, the item went away, then it still stayed stuck on the trade. Quest line goes to the empty scale, antler is in my drawer. Placing the antler does nothing, placing the bag does nothing, completing other requests does nothing.

Me too, while I'm playing on quest 2 standalone got the same problem.

It was mentioned in the patch notes, but it really does show just how *slow* you need to move. Let it complete every line of dialogue and every animation before you proceed to the next step of the tutorial. Don't touch anything, let it stop its current step and then do the step, then it will let you through. I had to retry it three times before it finally completed.

You can grab the bag from the scale, which automatically opens the bag. When it leaves your grip the bag closes. I'm stuck here too as I don't have any materials left to give the merchant. When I first did this quest I got the same problem with the item just going missing. I thought redoing the quest might bring back my resources but it sadly didn't.
I also can't open the bag anymore, I can hold the ribbon and tug it any way I want but the stuff just wont go out the bag
