Stuck up/down

[Pandaseizure]

For some reason when I start the game it is stuck on the directional up and keeps going. I have a controller pluged in but it doesnt stop when I unplug the controller. I unplug my keyboard and it's still going too. It worked before but now I cant pick a choice because it just keeps pressing up
