Fullscreen Mode doesnt work...

for some reason the game only starts in window mode on my laptop.my native resolution is 1920x1200 [16:10]. when i go to the options the fullscreen option is greyed out....
never had this problem with any game on steam. even alt+enter doesnt work....
how can I force the game to fullscreen mode???

This is a known issue with monitors that do not support refresh rates of 60hz. In this case, the game will revert to windowed mode in order to run, and you will not be able to switch to fullscreen.

We hope to address this issue with a future update, but I don't have a date to give you for when that will be.

same problem here can't switch to fullscreen and can't switch to 1440*900 (it stays in 1280*720 :( )

Same problem. DisplayPort on my monitor only supports 100Hz and 120Hz refresh rate.

i've found a workaround.
i'm using win8 and my monitor is working at 61 hz (don't know why) so the game won't go fullscreen
if you enable multimonitor (even if you have only 1 monitor) and choose to duplicate the screen, windows will set the frequency to 60hz and you'll be able to start the game in fullscreen mode

Would you be able to explain how you were able to enable multimonitor in Win7? I'm using a laptop with Win7 and can't seem to get multimonitor to work. I'd like to be able to use the laptop screen itself rather than hooking my computer to another screen.

Sure. 'Screen resolution' --> 'Detect' --> Select the second, 'new' display, choose 'Try to connect anyway on:' --> 'Apply' --> Under 'Multiple displays' choose option 'Duplicate these displays' --> 'Apply'. Then your screen may blink for a second and voila - game should be working in fullscreen now.

Спасибо! Раньше (март 2013) этого конфига, как и поддержки высоких рефреш рейтов не было. Опробую как-нибудь, как перепройти захочу.
