What doe Displacement, Bloom, and Blur settings do?

These settings turn on/off some of the graphical effects used in the game. They can be costly so disabling them may help performance on older computers/graphics cards.

Displacement is the "warp" effect seen with sound rings or around vents.
Bloom brightens and blurs the look of lights.
Blur is used during certain camera movements.
