wasd + space -> movement and jump
numpad 2468 -> camera (make sure to invert them all so it feels like a mouse: num2 is 'look up' camera moves down, num4 is 'look right' camera move left, etc)
num5 -> attack
num0 (or F) -> special
numEnter -> swap characters
With those settings, you can have awesome control over your characters and the world. You'll be able to move, attack, jump, and change the camera perspective all at once, naturally.
I prefer one-handed but I'm definitely adding controls for what I thought, until now, was a strictly dynamic camera.
