Stupid question: Does the game have windowed mode?

I've noticed that many Lego games don't have windowed mode, for whatever reason, and I don't want to play in full screen.

It annoys me.

Hope this helps someone! I finally found a way to run this game in windowed mode, so sharing it here.
The short answer is: you need to use a tool called DxWnd. None of the following worked for me:

Adding Windowed 1 or FullScreen 0 to pcconfig.txt
Setting -windowed or -window in Steam launch options
Compatibility settings in the exe properties
Borderless Gaming

One warning though: even in windowed mode, your mouse cursor gets locked inside the game window and Alt+Tab doesn't work. You'll need to open Task Manager to switch to another window. Why is this a thing in LEGO games...
