i think it controls "okay" with keyboard and mouse.

i find it more comfortable to play lego games with a controller though. It might be because i originally played them on xbox, so... moving over to pc and trying to use a mouse and keyboard, after having played three lego games on xbox.. made the transition hard and awkward.

If you've never played a lego game with a controller then it might feel fine playing with keyboard and mouse ^^
It's a good game, but it's controls are atrocious for keyboard + mouse

To my knowledge, it does not in any way support a mouse. The default setting to attack is H, jump is J (Space being used to switch between characters), so you're better off if you have a controller. I don't know what the hell they were thinking when they thought that mouse support wouldn't be important for a PC port...

out of curiosity, in a lego game what would you use the mouse for?? since every character has basically two attacks, would you use the mouse right and left buttons for those two attacks? and then move with wasd? or.. would you want the mouse set up for movement? ... i dunno! just curious.

If you are like me and your disability doesnt make holding a controller feasible, the keyboard and mouse is your only option.

keys are all rebindable. i had no problem playing through the game with keyboard only. (i was to lazy to plug my 360 pad in actually)

btw, there is no use for the mouse at all

I can only second that. I jumped maybe 10 times into the lava in the very first instance where you have to jump(after that i decided to play something else). The controls feel clunky and unresponsive + its hard to tell where you are going to end up jumping to (if the jump executes at all).

I tried to play for whole 6 minutes with mouse and keyboard - the I deleted the game. Controller based - the key-remap is a joke.
Used to play with keyboard and mouse? Then: dont buy this title

Works with an XBOX360 wired controller.

Using keyboard controls I could not even push the rock into the lava in the prologue. You literally need an XBOX controller or some sort of analog stick input to control this damn game. Was looking for some fun casual gaming and instead got a messy buggy port.
the controls seemed fine to me a tad clunky, and the more precision platforming is a bit more difficult but otherwise is fine for a lego game!

You can play with the keyboard but for max game enjoyment, i strongly recommend a controller.
