Annoying punk ass oliphant Legolas

I just ffing rage quit after trying to kill the damn ffing Oliphant with Legolas on that one 'awesome' level and ITS ♥♥♥♥♥♥ IMPOSSIBLE CUZ WHAT DO I DO EVEN WHEN I GET ON IT *cries*

I thought it will be FUN and AWESOME instead I get frustration and ripping my hair out

I had to get it off my chest. Now... any tips on what the HELL do I do on the oliphant?

if i remember correctly... you shoot the arrows in the arrow holes, climb up it, beat up the bad guys and then pull out the middle latch. i may be wrong, but i'm pretty sure that's it. for the guy's with the dark mugual braclet, use aragorn to break it.

if i'm mistaken and there is no latch for the oliphant, then there's probably an action circle near the front of the oliphant.

I am doing as you say, shooting arrows and climing up, then I kill the guy who's on the lower level, but it I try to jump to the higher level to kill of the other one, I get off the damn Dambo

I'll look around for the action points, I'm usually too freaked out because Legolas is terrible at defence on this level x_X

It is possibly the toughest task to do in the game. IMO anyways. I almost RQ'd at this as well, but I kept at it and finished it. You gotta time it just right, but IMo the jumps onto the Oliphant are the roughest.

i did it!!
I did it coop with a friend and on a waaaaay better computer and it was almost a breeze!

Yep you have to climb onto the top platform to kill the main Mahut(!?) (I think that's the name for people who "steer" elephants). There's a rope up to him, just be careful to not hit the wrong directional area when jumping off or you will end up back on the ground!

Glad to hear you managed it. It isn't that difficult, just getting onto the oliphaunts can be a little time consuming xD Aragorn is way better at killing them than Legolas's acrobatics!

Estaba teniendo el mismo problema. Esta parte me parecía muy complicada. Lo que puedo decir es que la vez que pude pasar esta parte, lo que hice fue matar los dos primeros olifantes (uno Legolas y el otro Aragorn) que no son tan difíciles. Los otros tres, que son los más complicados, empecé matando uno con Legolas y me parece que así se mueve más lento, porque los otros dos que todavía están vivos lo frenan un poco. Y después uso a Aragorn para matar los otros dos. Y si no, fue pura suerte... Espero que si alguien tiene el mismo problema, esto lo ayude.

I was having the same problem. This part was very hard. The time I beat this part what I did was: kill the first twooliphaunts (not that hard) and then when the other three came up, I used Legolas to kill the first one. This way I think the other two slow it down and the thing dosen't move so fast. Then I killed the other two with Aragorn.
