Black Gates Battle.... CRASH.......

First and foremostly know that if I think you're trolling I will report you and block you. Be forewarned. I'm a solo gamer and not a child. Serious responses only. You've been warned. I've got 19 hours of Game Play in this and all of a sudden at the Black Gates Battle the game crashes. Crashes. Crashes. What's going on here? I can't seem to find anywhere on the games actual store page to submit a report about this crash to either the Production Company or to STEAM. What the hell? When it crashes it pops up to allow me to check online for a solution but within like 2 seconds after selecting that, it completely closes. Anyone know how to submit a report? What's going on?

What's going on is this game is a glitchy POS. Almost every level has a crash trigger or some other restart-requiring breakage issue, and the overworld is full of platforming and invisible wall glitches as well. Seems like almost none of the problems have any solution, and given that the game is over 2 years old, it's unlikely any of them will be patched.
