Amon Hen - floating push puzzle bug
There's a block pushing puzzle past a gate in the Amon Hen overworld. When I push the blocks, there's like a 90% chance one of the 3 blocks will just suddenly start floating in the air, unpushable. I literally cannot complete the game because of this, as a mithril block is locked behind this.

Your issue is likely framerate. Lock it at 30 or 60.
I've looked a few times now, nothing about a framerate lock. Is there an external program I have to use?
Vsync is framelocking. You can also use nvidia control panel or AMDs equivalent to lock frames to anything.

Many console games need to be locked at 30 or 60 otherwise physics messes up majorly.

My usual fix for Lego graphics glitches...
Pause before doing anything to the blocks and change all your Video/Effects to their lowest/off settings, and switch off all Extras. It will look awful but that should stop the problem, then you can just change back to your usual settings straight away.

Hope this helps. Good Luck :)

Solution has not solved my problem, sadly. This isn't so much a graphics glitch as the object is literally in the air, interaction and collision box and all. It seems to be a different block every time the bug is encountered, though each block has its own specific position it does it in.

This is a common issue on most console games. Many times physics are tied to framerate.

One example that comes to mind is "the darkness 2". The game appears to runs perfectly at any framerate, till halfway through the game you get stuck in a vent and can't progress unless your frames are at 30.

Fallout 4 is also a good example. The higher the frames, the more broken the physics.

Halleluja!
You realy saved my Game =)
If I slide the Blocks carefully and with all the Settings off or low, it works.

Thank you so much for this Exolanation. <3

I had the same problem at more than one place in the game where pushing blocks was the thing.
What worked for me was to keep the block from touching the edge of the "track" while pushing. If you push it too far in any direction, push it back a little before you start pushing it in another direction.
