I don't think you can, but you can overwrite them if you start a new game.

Maybe you'll find it here, but I'm not sure if each slot is saved individually like save1, save2...

Steam\userdata\[YourSteamID]\214510\remote\savedgames

I think you have to disable Cloud Sync first.

*also backup your folder in mygame docs and then delete restart game
