If i buy a key for this game in one of those "trading" sites. The key will be still valid or not?

Well, the keys don't expire... but that doesn't mean the keys from such sites are valid.

When it comes down to it, this game is *pretty* old, and seeing as it's no longer available for purchase, I'm sure there are cracked versions out there if you know where to look, no real point in giving some sketchy person your details if you don't have to. Might be a bit of a shame if you wanted the achievements, but this game was also released on the PS3, the 360 and the Wii, so if you've still got any of those, EB Games, or Gamestop or whatever it's called where you are, they do generally have bargain bins with games for those consoles in them, probably would be quite cheap, or you can check pawnshops. That's only really if you're desperate for the achievements.
From key sites sure, I saw Lego Hobbit and LotR for about 40p each.

But the keys will work? I saw people saying that keys would stop working. Or that is only for HB keys?

Steam Keys bought from Steam never expire - you can wait as long as you want; even if the game is removed from the Steam store the key is still valid. However, there is no guarantee that Steam keys bought from third-party sources will remain valid for eternity.
They will work sure, get them before the keys run out (might take years but they will run out)
