Looks like besides pure cosmetics it's Ghostrunner 1, G1 - Project_Hel DLC, Ghostrunner 2, G2 - as yet unreleased game mode you can get with the Season Pass.
Due to the funky lack of discount for the G2 DLC in the summer sale, G2 Brutal Edition is the cheapest way to get the Season Pass, at only $2 over the game alone. So $12 version or $14 with bonus stuff.
Then it's either G1 and Project_Hel separately (~$17.50), or the complete edition to save $2 on getting the cosmetics (~$24). If you already had Dishonored Definitive Edition, you can use the combo package to save 10% on G1 (~$.90) if you just wanted that and Hel.
So it all depends if you care about cosmetics and the Ghostrunner 2 dlc game mode. I'm just gonna take a wait and see approach on this whole thing for now.
