I finished Ghostrunner 2 on an RX 6600 and DX 11 and, honestly, I had no issues, but I *do* have to turn AMD SAM off from the driver settings, otherwise the game stutters like crazy, so make sure to experiment with this setting.
I only had some FPS drops (not stutters) in very few spots, but otherwise the game looked fine and ran at 60 FPS solidly with no stutters.
I also did not have any stuttering issues with the first game. Stuttering pisses me off too but I guess that some people are more sensitive, I don't know.
tip to try turning off SAM, that's something I wouldn't thought about myself. (I think I've heard it has negative impact only in very few games)
This game’s compilation pass does not compile nearly all the necessary shaders.
This game still stutters, period
And oh, yeah, I'm playing the DX12 version.
