Please, offer preorder DLC as stated before launch!
Before launch preorder advertisements said:
"Traditional Katana Pack to be sold separately at a later date."

However, the DLC is not offered. Moreover, there are no upgrades offered between editions.

How giving content to others remove anything to you ? Is it specifically the exclusivity privilege (even if momentary) that drives you ?
