I believe so as well! Hopefully they have some ambitious content updates in store for us
I think it depends on what you're looking for out of it. Since the only "procedural generation" or randomness comes from the order and rewards of missions, it could get stale pretty quick if you're looking for a true rogue-like mode. Especially since there are only a total of 4 cosmetics to get from the mode and they are really easy to earn.
The best way for me to describe it would be to imagine that you took each arena and parkour encounter from the main campaign, split them into individual segments, and randomized the order in which you do them every time you start RogueRunner. Essentially, the enemies and placements are largely the same, it's just the order of the missions are randomized.
If you're okay with that much, it's a good mode. But if you want a fully fledged rogue-like with bosses, rewards to grind, and completely randomness. You'll probably be disappointed.
