Code for door in military base

I know I have to look around to find the code, but I really dont see it.
The buildin in front of it has written 01 01 around the corner - does not work... so it is maybe the number of the building.
Therefore I used 02 02 and 03 03 /since there are 3 buildings, dont work as well.
Then I looked closer and found 98 93 written on a helicopter... doesn´t work too.
After another 1 minutes trying to find the code, I gave up.

Where can I find the combination?

NottaNinja is right: The code is in the map room, usually something like 3728 or similar.

The other hard one is the EndZone expedition where the code is yellow and blends in with one of the buildings.
