having the same issue.
The devs were made aware of it yesterday and are working on it.
For the time being, here's how to get around it:
- Deconstruct the recyclers
- Set Scrapyard to 3 of 5 workers
- Rebuild no more than 2 recyclers and set only 1 worker so they never fill up
Issue is when the recycler fills up, it stops producing, causing the bug to manifest and the above method prevents them from ever filling.
Once Hotfix #4 appears and updates your game (no ETA I know of), the bug should be fixed.
