Demo will not load ...

Most of the time it freezes in the loading screen after pressing New Game. Sometimes it will sound like the Demo has started, as I can hear Ella speak, but the Loading Screen is still there.

I have verified files, uninstalled and reinstalled, and restarted my computer. Anyone else having this issue? What else can I do???

My game is crashing during loading in steam window, all up to date, windows 11.

I have the exact same issue. I can hear the audio of Ella speaking for a few minutes but the screen doesn't change. In the bottom right the loading icon just rocks back and forth. Tried quite a few times to start the demo but it has never gone past the loading screen

Have the same issue, i am on an alienware 13 notebook, win 10, gtx 1060 mobile 6 gb, 16 gb ddr3 ram, an intel ssd and an i7 6700 hq cpu

drivers are up to date, tried downloading the game again but so far I am alway stuck in the loading screen with intro talking in the backgorund

Same. It loaded when I first downloaded the game but after updates it no longer loads

Q: I get a Pink screen on Startup!
A: If you are getting a pink screen directly or soon after the demo starts this most likely means that you are missing the VULKAN graphics api. This can happen if your hardware or drivers are too old or if you have very specific configurations.

1. Make sure all your drivers are up to date

Q: When starting a new session I only get a black screen and hear a voice over
A:This issue is under active invenstigation and we currently are unable to pinpoint the issue with any certainty. There are however some indications.
