Dialogue: Mac Game Breaker

I can't get the truck key from Hannek. There is a major bug in this dialogue segment that not only doesn't provide me the "Sugarpuff" name option, but it doesn't allow me to exit. I have to force quit the game. It's as if part of the dialogue is cut off, but this isn't a screen size issue. I've viewed this full screen (27in mac), and also at 640x480. HELP!!
