frustration with debris and stamina
dunno how often or thoroughly devs read these, but i just wanted to express my frustration with how little stamina there is and how the debris on the farm respawns at a breakneck pace. these two things combine to make keeping my farm clear (not decorated, just clear so i can walk) really annoying. i bought a shovel to make a path (which idk why i wasnt expecting that to require stamina but i was surprised to find that it does) and that didnt even prevent rocks from spawning in the way the next day. i needed to buy a stamina drink from the doctor to make it to the 5th floor of the mines. im not a fan of stamina meters in games at all, really, but this one just seems egregious to me

I agree with the keeping your farm clear especially around fruit trees. It's so hard to see and walk through them if you have them close at all. However I do not agree with the stamina issue. I think this game addresses this fantastically. Food dishes being able to stack solves this problem only taking up one inventory space and adding to the cooking progression. This also doesn't include various other ways to restore stamina everywhere. Now maybe the devs can add a higher tier spell that gives you a days worth of infinite stamina at the cost of 2 mana or something. This would add to the feel to the game as well.

While the consumables and baths can counter the stamina loss, sometimes they feel more like workarounds for an inconvenience instead of a compelling and fun aspect of gameplay. Not just in this game but others like it. Harvest Moon kinda set that standard, and there hasn't been much deviation from it, even as everything else changes.

At least it gets easier to deal with once you have a few recipes or a mostly steady stream of income. But the frustration it can cause some in the early game might discourage them from playing far enough for it to become less of an issue, unless they already know it doesn't stay this tedious (which some, if not familiar with the genre, might not).

Harvest Moon also set the standard for super fast in-game days, which detracts from the generally casual feel of the games in general, which some newer games deviate from but not enough. The sauna is nice, but running to it and back to whatever you wanted to do can consume a good chunk of time, and you can't get that back with a snack or potion. Every day can feel like a speedrun.

Stamina would be less of an issue if there was more time to just do stuff each day. Some relatively newer games offer some flexibility there, I particularly like Dinkum's approach, but this isn't one of them. Hopefully the dev will consider changing that, since I think it'd address any frustrations stamina can cause as well.

I'm also struggling with the debris, as well. I wanted to clear the debris completely so I could plan out my farm and wander about it without dodging trees. I didn't realize that the weeds and debris were respawning.
