Spring River Fishing Bundle

Loving the game so far, but I'm on spring year 2 and I'm still stuck on the River Fishing Bundle for the museum -- what's the last fish? Does it only spawn at night, or during the rain or what? This is driving me nuts.

if its the walleye then yes it only appears when its raining
