Is there a way to increase your movement speed?

I like the game, I think it's very cute. My only gripe is that I wish you could move quicker. Am I just too early in and there's a buff for it later?

Permanent speed buff is:
A horse Mistmare gives you a fast ride - this is the best way.
And you can make your armor with a speed buff at the forge.

Short-term effect:
You can buy a speed potion from Dr. Valen, but it is expensive and not profitable.
And coffee/cappuccino have a very short speed buff.

There is additionally a perk in the cooking skill tree that gives a chance to enchant food with a speed buff for a few hours.
