i want the fall chicken!

so i breed my chickens all the way up to tier 5 and then gave my chicken their treats in fall but they keep popping out another tier 5 gold and no tier 6 skeley chicken. please help

gold + gold = 6 tier, it may need several attemts, so use a big barn/coop and 2 pair of parents to double your chances. I got 6 tier from gold + gold with 2 pairs for a month - in the middle or in the end. And only for rabbits it took me 2 month of breeding to get 6 tier.

Then any 6 tier + any 6 tier = 6 tier of the current season, so you just need to get one any 6 tier animal/bird then you will breed other 6 tier seasons animal/bird with ease.

noob question : what do tier do ? does it increase production or purely cosmetic ?

6 tier gives 4 new cosmetics and has more chances to give more production than a lower level (like 2-3 milk/horn/wool/feather instead of 1 item) and their kids cost more money if you sell newborn animals for money.

my second tier 2 chicken is still growing so it wasn't obvious to me^^. good news is it's a rooster and the first one was a hen (different mothers). still don't know how to unlock other animals (beside chicken and cows) but I bet it will come naturally soon enough, no need to rush.

it is good to know im not doing anything wrong. i got lucky with my cows and thought it was i was guaranteed to get a seasonal from 2 tier 5's

Breed animals as high tier as you can get/buy, for example you have tier 2 so you can buy the opposite tier 2 animal and breed tier 2 + tier 2 = tier 3, then sell tier 1 and buy tier 3 animal opposite sex, and breed tier 3 + tier 3 = tier 4.

Eventually you need to get gold animal (tier 5), then breed gold + gold = gold or tier 6 - it may take you 1-2 months to get tier 6 (it may depends of hearts of the animal). After all, tier 6 + tier 6 = always tier 6 in the current season. Then you can get rid of low tiers animals and have high quality tier 6 animals with high produce ability.

You can get other animals after you repair Hayden's barn to a larger size - there will be a quest for this.
