Unreachable parts of the mine

I've finding certain floors of the mine are appearing with unreachable sections. There is stuff to get from those sections, including the occasional loot chest, but I can't figure out how to get to them. There are no warps or trap doors and I've come at the gaps that look like you should be able to jump over them from every conceivable angle and I'm invisa-walled. I got a screen shot of one floor that I can post if needed.

Is it a Upper Mine floor, where you have to go to above section, and jump diagonally to reach to left wing?

I've had issues with this particular floor multiple times but there are others as well. It's the top right corner. It looks like I should be able to jump over to the other area but no direction seems to work. I did try mining the rocks at the top edge and jumping in that area also, no go.

That's jumpable, you need to go diagonally. I'm on controller though it's probably easier to get the right angle that way, than with keys.

Confirmed needs a diagonal jump. It's a bit of a pain to do this on keyboard.
