New Recipe Locations?

Loving the new update so far, but I've gotten a few cooking quests and I don't now where to find the recipes. I need to make the "spirit mushroom tea" and the "bell berry bakewell tart" but there's no new recipes at the inn, balor's cart, or during the saturday market. Do I keep harvesting spirit mushrooms and bell berries until the recipes pop out? Thanks

Have you tried shipping a spirit mushroom and a bell berry in the shipping bin? I can't confirm since I haven't yet in my save file but a lot of recipes get unlocked that way
