Archerfish
Has anyone found an archerfish? I feel like I’ve looked everywhere in the mines and I can’t find one

Yes.
It's in Water/Tide levels (21 - 39), and you have to fish, of course, and not always there are water pools even in those levels, and even if there are - there might be no fish, or too far away, or getting spooked or stuck on the corner.
But it's not impossible - I've got 2 (one for Museum and one for the seal).
