Anyone found the Lightning Dragonfly?

if have where and when is there a time you can find it best?

I haven't found it yet but I've researched and pple are saying it can be found in the Narrows and the eastern road in rainy weather from 6am-8pm

The re-spawn rate on some of these collectibles is horrid. When I was trying to get the lantern moth for the cave's 1st seal I had to go from floor 1 to 20 at least 30 times before it came back out.. was slightly annoying.

i already found it. at the narrow, search it when thunderstrom

I found one on thunderstorm day on the eastern road. Spring of 2nd year.

I found one in a thunderstorm at about 19.45. On the eastern road in the small corridor that leads to the shrine one can donate money to. I did try to catch a second one but one is all I ever found.

It is a lightning dragonfly so looking for it during a thunderstorm makes sense.. I was thinking about that and then pple started commenting it lol so common sense I guess
