Weather Bug?

I'm not sure if that is the case, but I've noticed that in-game, the weather has stayed consistently sunny for one week now(right now it's Fall in my game). No rain, no windy days.

Something similar happened in winter the previous year in-game. At some point, the weather stopped changing. It stayed sunny for two weeks, locking me out of catching some fish and bugs.

Could this be a bug? And if so, how do I stop it?

Probably just bad luck. In Stardew for example there's a guaranteed 2 days per season of rain the rest is randomized.
