Rival Dating
Would it be possible in the future for date-able candidates to be dating other people in town. Or similar to how Harvest Moon did it with "Rival Dating Cut scenes and Marriage" I always loved this because it added an extra scene of stress and pressure to really woo your special someone before they were swept away by someone else

There are others, but you get the picture. And based on those topics, it seems that most people seems to not like the rivals for marriage candidates. They would much prefer if was an optional choice made at the start of the game, or only happens after you are already married. Most people just don't want to be rushed.
